Vintage pottery bird -- okay to donate/consign?

    Grabbed this for a quarter about 6 months ago. Sort of had a 1940s feel, is it any maker you can think of, or am I free to donate/consign?

    I don't think it's North American. Cute piece though. Flower bowl ornament or might also work as a napkin ring.
