Does anyone know anything about this record storage cabinet? Approximately the year it was made and what company it was made by?

I can't help with your questions, but I do want to say that I think the "carving" on the door is quite lovely.

I also like the various "patterns" in the wood on the front of the cabinet. ;)

DragonflyWink, thank you for supplying that information re sheet music storage. I started to say "document(s) storage" but I'm sure you're correct about sheet music. ;)

Sheet music, yes. So... are we thinking deco? I'm still learning these style 'neighbors'!

Would say this is Edwardian.... early 20th century. Mahogany and refinished at some point.

Thanks, Brad. That front decoration threw me off. Now that you say that, I see the overall Edwardian-ness of the piece.

Reminds me of a beautiful Deco tall radio that one of my favorite antique stores had out front with a sign saying "$30.00 cash & carry". I cashed and my husband carried :woot:. Still has the complete tube radio and deco speaker so he carefully removed them and stored them and I use the Deco cabinet as a TV stand.

Komo's pic is modern retro deco. This is period art deco.

The pic you posted is of a traditional revival depression era radio. Not really deco but from the same period.

Did not realize how hard it is to find a true art deco sheet music cabinet. The two I posted were the only true examples I found. The first one is so plain and late that it is even a stretch to call it deco. The second is not a typical configuration so, though it was listed as a music cabinet, it could have just as well been for another purpose. I guess that by the deco period, music cabinets were out of fashion.
