Have these vintage sand art pictures from my uncle. He collected several from the South West in the late 70's & 80's.
No signatures on any of them. Does anyone have an idea who may have produced them, what tribe affiliation, and is there any value to them? I recall they were pricey at the time. Thank you Michelle

    Welcome Michelle
Those are some nice paintings. I'm no expert but I do have one. Usually have certificates of authenticity on the back.
Mine is Navajo, Evangeline & Norman Simms. Others will be along that know more.

That time period looks about right to me. They look Navajo, and were almost surely made for sale. Too bad there's no signatures / names. The last one in particular looks nice.

As Mikey said, others will know more so stay tuned...

Good morning and thank you Mikey, the framing prevents preview of the backs. I hate to open them. We are downsizing and must part with them. Appreciate your advice on how best to make them available as a lot.
Again, thanks so much for your time. Michelle

I appreciate your information - I am new to this posting so please forgive my novice replies. I will look for additional comments. Hope to find them to a good home.

Think you need to open them to see what you have. It will not devalue them to do so and will only enhance value knowing who made them.
