Picked up 4 of these cups. Looks like they were never used. Handle is similar to Fiesta. Anyone know maker?

These were made by Scio Pottery of Scio, Ohio. The pattern name is Hazel. It's a collectable pattern, the most sought after pieces are the ribbed cereal bowls that go for a lot! There were also some oversized cups with the ring handles like you have, those sell for more than the average cup. Good luck!
