No, except to say I've seen 'em before and never knew they were that brand!

 

Mechanical pencils generally aren't worth a pile. With that name attached however, it might climb.

 

That's a little telephone pencil. To place by a rotary telephone to jot notes and messages. The round ball is to assist a lady in dialing so she won't break a nail or muss a manicure. Here's one by Towle. Might have had a companion note pad holder. Here's one by Tiffany.

Someone will be sure to find it of interest/value. Van Cleef and Arpels is still a luxury brand unlike Tiffany and even Cartier which have gone mass.

I still consider Tiffany and Cartier total luxury brands regardless of their more volume directed divisions.

 

Collectible IMO but agree of lesser value and most likely 60s-70s.

Actually yes and no way would I turn down jewelry from either.i In all fairness I only go into their A stores and do believe smaller boutiques in smaller cities carry more commercial volume pieces geared to their respective markets.
