Vintage Weird Looking Ladies Heels Michael Antonio

Storage find from the last auction with all the older paintings.I'm not sure if this is a saleman samole or runway shoes.I've never came across a pair like this set except on tv.

 

They look like shoes from a boutique that sells inexpensive clothing imported from China.
