Waecatersbach Tea Pot and cup

    Hello everyone,
    I have need some information about this tea pot and cup please?
    How old it is? How much valuable? The based of cup and tea pot marked Waecatersbach Made in Western Germany.     The spelling should be Waechtersbach. I have some coffee mugs from them, but more recently made than you pieces. I'd guess 50's or 60's for yours.

    Western Germany - after WWII up to 1982? - 83?

    My coffee mugs are marked W. Germany. The wall didn't fall until 89. ;)

    I do think with that handle it probably dates to the 1960s-70s,

    You're right about the handle, Pat. I wasn't really focused on that when I estimated the age. Not likely to be 80's though, because that's when Mom gave me these mugs - and if you didn't look at the bottoms (with the W. Germany) you'd think they were the same age as their current production.

    "Made in Western Germany" in use mid-50s, depending on model till start of 60s. the most precise would be model-name and number. then specialists can tell you the exact span of production.
