Walker & Hall Military Mark ?

I have a Walker & Hall Silver Plated trefoil dish with a mark I haven’t noticed before.In the flag the letters are A H where it’s usually WH and there’s a Crows foot mark there as well .Anyone know if this would be used by the military and could someone explain the AH letters .

 

I think that's a badly struck W&H. Might be a War Department arrow, but it's a bit small for that.

 

Thanks for that will dig more see what I can find , any marks Ive seen all have W mark where the A is curious.

 

Fake possibly ? Though I don’t see the value , there is one on ebayuk selling for a princely sum .

 

I think it's just a badly punched mark and that it does read "W&H". I have seen examples of silver where the punch-marks are just so worn out - not from the age of the silver, but because the punch used to mark it with is just worn down from so much hammering.
