Warren Silver plate Scenic etched tray

My research tells me that Warren Silver plate is a trademark of Wm. A Rogers. But the stamp shows The triple plate new York only.
Was Warren a company rogers purchased or created themselves?
This tray is 12 1/4" x 6.1/2" A little beat up but still a beautiful tray.

Rainwater says the Warren Silver Plate mark was first used in 1901 and was derived from the company's NY location on Warren Street.

There is nothing like recovering from a five year drought in one year. We have been lucky though. No problems.
