My girlfriends family found this wash bowl buried in the ground in West Virginia in the early 20s. It doesn't have any stamps on it. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Id say 1870s,not terribly rare (they made untold millions of this type thing for a long time) and the crack kinda kills it for value. Its nice,Id use it for flowers .:)

Thanks! Have you seen any similar to it and if so do you know the company?

Brown transferware from what I can see, colorwise. I'd place it a tad more recent 1880-1900, just from other pieces I've seen with similar florals - and most of them made in England. Without marks, that's my best guess.
