Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Welcome to Antiquers, @Cpet . It appears that your gallery photos are set to Private so only you can see them. You can change the setting.

No problem! I won't be able to help with this item but there are members here who probably can.

Yes, now they are visible. In your original post you mentioned a watch chain and watch. I see 2 pics of the chain embedded in your post, but none of the watch. Was that intentional?

    Yes
They didn’t really suit each other so I separated them,
The pocket watch has distinct hallmarks but not signed anywhere by a maker, just a case serial number but could have been chopped about over the years

The watch appears to be a Swiss lady's fob watch in a full hunter case, probably with a cylinder escapement, dating from the end of the 19th. C.

Probably has Swiss silver hallmarks on the case. I see adate of 1925 0r 6, but it may not have been new when it was presented to Will.

    Thanks for the info
No makers mark on movement only a movement number 3920
Stamped 0.800 with the crown and moon hallmark
Also a very small grouse I think

    Hi bakersgma
    Nothing obvious
Looks like a very small “T” on the clasp

none of it is magnetic except the clasp though

Well, keep looking. The fact that most of it is not magnetic only tells you that part contains no iron. It doesn't really tell you much else.
