Featured Watercolor artist signature help

    Hi all, it's been a while since I've had a chance to get out and shop. My neighborhood goodwill was open today. Couldn't help but buy it for .69
    Having trouble with this signature on this small 7" x 10" watercolor

    Thanks for trying. Anyways I like it. I'll touch up the flaking spots and hang it for a while. Maybe time will tell us.
