Brass ring , pretty stone.

 

Nice coral ring - very small so considering taking the coral out to reset. Plastic fun mussel shell earrings.

Japanese brooch- any info welcome.

Think these were cuff links - test as 9ct.

Huge amethyst glass brooch - victorian?

Coral earrings- would these be 50/60s? I can’t find anything like these to compare.

The stone in the other ring looks interesting, maybe garnet?, presuming you've tested the metal

I love those old Stanhope viewers. Was only £2 as I don’t think they realised what it was. The coral is my favourite- it’s in a silver mounts and yes, does look deco. It’s only a small size and has been made smaller with the addition of an inner band which obscures any marks.
The red stone one is definitely base metal. The stone tests as Rubellite which is tourmaline I think? I may be wrong as I’m not great at gem ID. I suspect low grade, maybe something dyed?

We're Hoard twins.

Satin beads look sixties German or Japanese. Did you get a UV on the yellow ones? Screw fit earrings are often 30s or 40s.

The 9ct/silver one is an eternity ring, obvs, probably 40s ish.

 

Couldn’t think of a better person to twin with .
Such shiny things and all so cheap.
I suddenly feel like one of the Witches of Eastwick cackling around a cauldron…….
I love the hunt.
Those satin beads look like sweets and are incredibly tactile.

 

I had that very conversation with someone at the booty yesterday! We agreed that on rainy days, we paw over the Hoard.

((drool)) I wore that amber chunk's sibling to church on Suday. It's so big I think everyone thought it was costume. Gotta love "costume"! The amber beads with the glass spacers may not be amber; the only ones I've found strung like that have been glass or plastic. The yellow beads look Czech. The coral earrings have 50s screwbacks but the dangles could be older or newer. Dunno. The purple pin almost has to be Victorian. (and if I'd gotten to it first...mine! Wear that on a green and white outfit!)
