Weird Brown Plastic Cones (telephone parts?)

    I don't have a ruler to give a precise measurement, but maybe 3.5 inches.

    They are used to raise up a metal bed frame. The legs on old metal bed frames are circular and hollow. They fit right into these. I have some on my grandsons 100 year old iron bed frame right now.

    I think they are small bases for holding.
    However, they do like miniature traffic cones.
