Cannot figure out this candy jar etch. So, decided to photo it and ask for help here when I discovered that the lid and the base do not match! Grrrrr . . .

Would still like to know the etches. Here's the body of the candy jar.

This is the view from the top so you can see the overall shape.

This is the etch on the base of the jar.

This is the etch on the lid.

It's 4 1/2" high without the lid and 7 1/4" wide. The lid is 5 3/8" in diameter. I looked over on chatabout but I'm having trouble searching there. TY!

Where have you looked, have you tried this site?

If not do a search for "flower and etch", you have to use "and" in the search, the default is "or".

Is it possible you have the top to one pattern and the bottom to another?
    The engraving is different.
Also the bottom has roses, the top appears to be Oriental poppies.

    Oh DUH!
I just read that you realize they don't match.
Very sorry, I just look at pictures. Then I go back and read.

    At least they're not broken.

Now all you have to do is find the one that has roses on top, and Oriental poppies on the bottom. Easy peasy.
