    I'd guess the early '60s, before area codes were included in phone numbers.

    A quick internet search provides the information that Turkey started using seven-digit telephone numbers (3 + 4) in 1988. You'll want to confirm that. It's not going to be too old. If it were, it would be made from stone or plaster, not resin.
