What all these numbers mean?

    I found this beautiful art nouveau brass and onyx candleholder in Austria. But it baffles me a little what are all this number signs in the bottom .. Have anyone have any idea? I first thought that they are assembly number but they are all different.

    Thank you all for your thoughts.

    the 3199.....is the give a way........assembly ( model ) numbers...nothing more,,,:yawn:
