Featured What am I?

I thought this was a modern piece, not sure, grabbed it for $4. I can't figure out if the orange beads actually are coral or a very good glass imitation. Looks like Chinese turquoise, imo. What are your thoughts?

 

The 2 dark beads look like acid etched Tibetan Dzi beads.

 

red looks like coral....... maybe dyed...

 

The big beads are Chinese turquoise. The coral is coral, but I'd bet on dyed too.

A Himalayan necklace, Nepal, Tibet or one of the others.
The turquoise looks Tibetan, Dzi beads and what looks like faux coral to me. Nepal is known for making and exporting faux coral.

 

if that's fake coral......it's Really good fake coral....
