What Are These Bracelets Made Out Of?

    These feel like plastic and have the weight of plastic, but the red bracelet has pockmarks all along the inside as if they're some kind of natural material.

    Some sort of dyed bone perhaps? Or maybe plastic but something went wrong with the manufacturing process?

    Help! :)

    That was a poured liquid resin. The bubbles are from the molding process not being done well.
