What are these little doohickies called?

    Collar studs? they seem awfully fancy/frilly for that . . .
    they are tiny - only about 3/8" across at the backs, and some of the fronts are only about 1/8".

    I dont know what the market is like for Collar Buttons, but I bet you could make a bundle selling them as "Antique Tongue Studs"
