What are these things on lamp

    I thought they were flowers but you can see it was cast that way. All of them are very similar. Thought maybe jellyfish but they are on leaves. Are they dying lotus flowers?     Could be spider mums. Here's a chrysanthemum leaf for comparison.

    Looks like the same leaves. I thought the looked like oak leaves. Is that a flower or a bug?
