I was doing some spring cleaning and i found these in a wooden box. They are my grandfathers.

Are they cufflinks? they open up like press buttons.

Many of them are pairs. Some are missing their pairs. I could not find any specific name embossed anywhere.

Are these collectible or do they have a specific name to search for?
Or should I just junk them?

    once again TIA.

Yup, collar studs. Crafters like them, sell as a job lot. Check that none are silver or gold.

Still a reasonable job lot, I suspect.

I get them in custom made leather boxes from clearances.
These are two I just found in my lock-up.

You can see where they snap apart & then will snap back together again. I have several pairs waiting to be sold & have sold several different lots of them. The one that is open at the bottom right is constructed like a reg snap you would find on any style of clothing.

Many companies made them such as Kum-a-part. Are any of yours marked inside?
