What does the signature say and what style is the piece? TYIA

I’m not good at art. So much to learn still. I think it’s kinda cool. Can you make out the beginning of the name? I see ??? D. Nelson. It hasn’t helped me locate anything on it. Any help is very much appreciated. Ty!!!
