Bought this on eboo and my first thought was it looked art deco 1930s.
Then saw how clean the support platform was with very few marks underneath the cruets and thought art deco revival 1960s/1970s.
Then saw the rusty square nut underneath and thought maybe Edwardian era.
Can't see any makers marks from these eboo pics.
Seems to have a wood handle dyed to look ebonised.
Any ideas as to the era of this??

I think you're right on with 30's. Looks to be nickel. Square nut which jibs with dating. Beautiful.
