    What is this off of?
    How old is it?
Does the cat have any meaning or just decorative?
The bell is 4"T x 4.5" across bottom
    The stand is 17"T x 10"W
    Thank you for any help.
PS - It has the biggest clanger(?) I've ever seen & when you ring this bell the ring resonates for a surprisingly long time!

I've seen that cat before. I think it's a British - London - mediaeval one, but blowed if I remember what.

In the US, that would be an outdoor dinner bell.

Probably just a decorative cat - I've seen similar table top bells that had a Rooster, bird, and sometimes a horse where your cat is.
Here's a bird one but I have no info on it, sorry...........

    I don't think Whittington, but I think it's from a church. Phooey.
