Can someone tell what this is and any information about it?
How big are we talking here? 3 inches? 10 inches?

4" x 4" x 4" including tallest place with cork
Otagari import from Japan.
Could it be for sake?
No handle to pick it up with?
That's big for soy sauce unless it is industrial sized for a restaurant buffet.
I'm so confused lol
It is ceramic or porcelain
neither.....looks like pottery..
How is something 4" in diameter too big for serving soy sauce at a meal?
I don't know I'm confused I really tried to look for info online for a few days.
I've seen some of the companies work which are elaborate and/or painted nothing so contemporary shaped.
Otagiri imported probably literally thousands of different household items from Japan - in a wide range of styles.
