WHAT IS THIS HEAVY ROUND TALL 2016 CALENDAR(?) FROM NEIMAN MARCUS?

    I found this at a thrift store last week. It is marked Neiman Marcus on top & 2016 on the side with the calendar months going around the sides; 6 on top & 6 on the bottom. It looks kinda like a unit of weight that you would use on a old scale but bigger.
    It measures 5" H x 3" W
    What is this? A paper weight?
