Chinese snuff bottle stopper and spoon, brass and candy jade. Candy jade is dyed, but that doesn't bother your average collector, like yours truly.
Antique stoppers have often gone missing, and these are perfect for Peking glass bottles, for instance.

 

Here is an antique Peking glass overlay bottle with similar stopper and spoon (and antique goo, no earwax):

The size Kiko is looking for is the diameter of the base of the brass mount holding the jade cabochon. It needs to be the same as the top of the bottle.
Kiko, if it is not the right size, there are usually some on ebay.

I'm still looking for the missing one on my Tibetan snuff bottles, which are still being worked on slowly by me. I didn't check the size on the one I purchased from ebay and it turnout out to be much smaller. Thank you for deferring, but if this matches something you have then I'll defer to you.

 

Kiko, is this the one you mean, the one on the right? I am not trying to get you away from KSW's stopper, but I don't think it would look right on this particular bottle. Very different style and materials.
If you can't find a matching stopper in the same style as the others, you could look for the right size turquoise cabochon and glue it to a small cork or something like that. I have used gemstone cabochons for broken stoppers.
