    It is definitely glass placed into a frame. Other than that, no clue. Painted glass? 1930s? glass3.jpg glass.jpeg glass2.jpeg

    I would guess early 20th century and yes, reverse painted on glass.

    Google Image Search shows lots like it, like this one:

    Probably not a painting but a silk screen or maybe done with stencils.
