what kind of stones are these?

    I thought at first maybe the larger stones were moonstones, ? but now not so sure, modern design, Thank you all for any help IMG_2293.JPG

    I could be wrong, but I think someone posted beads like this a while ago here on the board.

    It seems like there's a name for this besides opaline, which is all I can think of.

    I just did some Googling, and I'm more confused than before. Seemingly authoritative sites say opaline is a stone, some say a variation of milk glass, or a synthetic stone made with glass-like ingredients. I hope somebody here knows.
    So, none of us are seriously thinking actual opals or mother-of-pearl, right?

    EDIT
    Oh, and some sources threw in the name opalite, with similarly conflicting information.

    I was thinking glass, though I see I didn't specify. I guess you all are supposed to be mind readers :joyful:.

    It's a rhinestone bracelet, so those are glass. I'd call them opalite rhinestones.
