It is just used furniture at this point. Being large, the market will be limited and value kept down a bit. Not everyone can use such large furniture. Being in CA, your market would be much better than mine here in the Midwest. I probably could not give it away unless I were to paint it. There are some folks here from CA so you might want to wait until some of them come through.

 

I was offered one for free a few years ago and had to decline because there's noplace in my house big enough to put it.
