These 2 items have been hanging packed away for a long time here, the ?flute unfortunately has a broken stem, the bowl I am getting a south of the border vibe from, but am not sure, Has some markings on the bottom which appears to be stamped. again as always any help is appreciated, Thank you all. bowl.jpg bowl.jpg bowl2.jpg bowlwholebtm.jpg bowl3.jpg pipe.jpg

My inexpert eye would say Mexican too, especially the bowl. Someone who knows pottery will be along sooner or later to tell me I'm all wet as usual.

The bowl may be a relatively modern version of A Chiriqui (Panama) tripod bowl:

Although tripod bowls were common in many Mesoamerican cultures.

The pipe with the rabbit may be based on a Mayan pipe. The rabbit was associated with the Moon goddess.

I don't believe either piece is actually pre-columbian, but modern tourist pieces.

America Central or Mexican modern pottery, not Peru or Bolivia
