Would the "Made in Taiwan R.O.C." be in that year span, too? I actually started by trying to research when clothing was marked "Taiwan R.O.C." ---thinking that was earlier and would narrow the search, but couldn't get a definitive answer online. I could certainly see this being 1990s, but want to be sure I list the date properly.

I'd have thought Taiwan manufacture would date it a bit earlier but I see Woolrich was still doing so in the 1990s.
