When is a Toni Onley, not a Toni Onley !!....?????

    komokwa The Truth is out there...!

    I've had this work...& book that came with it....for many years now !
    Bought at auction in BC Canada.

    He's a very well know artist......there's a bunch of his watercolors at auction out of BC , coming soon.

    But this....................is not that !!

    This is............?????????? WTH...............what's up with this ????

    The frame is 15 1/2 x 16 3/4 inches...
    The book is 10 1/2 x 7 1/4 , and made on some kind of hand made paper...or parchment ?
    Is it Chinese writing ??
    Was the Temple in Nepal???
    Why is there a chop mark on the back of the frame ???

    I know it's asking a lot, and not an antique...( maybe though..the book ?? ) , but could this be a personal item that got away from the family ??

    Could be of great value.....or no value ??
    T'is a mystery to me !!
