Where in the world should I be looking?

    13.75" diameter earthenware shallow bowl with downturned rim

    Is this majolica from Persia, or French, or English, or Spanish, or somewhere else?

    Obviously has some age but when would be nice as well :)

    I think yours is older - early 20th maybe, given the fineness of the painting.
