While I'm at it...what would you call this head vase? German? Amish?

    Yes - too decorated for Amish - or not plain enough for Amish. Either way, not Amish.

    Looks like she has on a cap and top native to an area. Maybe @Any Jewelry will know.

    Don't those marks kind of look like the head of that Swedish horse head.... facing LEFT, then a house, then a lazy L.....I also see a bit of tiny writing further right, but not sure the letters I see mean anything....."Ptiad"????
