White Carnival Glass

Oplascent white carnival glass bowl. Measures 8" in diameter and is 4 1/4" deep. H as a maker's mark but I cannot make it out.

 

I think it is the F in oval for Fenton.
If it is, then it was made after 1970 and before 2000. (Think I have that correct - might want to verify that)
Color is correct for Fenton.
Don't recognize the pattern.

Fenton #2929; here's one in Dusty Rose. wondering if this may be some kind of candle bowl considering the warning label tho' the '97 catalog list as 8" rose bowl:
