Who can help me finding the artist of this print

I have bought this silkscreen in Holland but I don’t think it's made by a Dutch artist.
The subject is Prague. It is a surrealistic work.
I have been searching for more than 5 years for answers but I'm running out of clues.
Please help me on my way.

 

Interesting picture -- I like it. Do you think it has faded a bit, or are those the original colors?

As for the signature, I don't have much luck in identifying this type of writing. The first letter is clear: N -- followed perhaps by the letter e -- but after that just a squiggled line. Edited... or looking again, there is a chance that the first letter is an M.

I hope that somebody else can help you with this.

No, the colors are not faded, it is the quality of my photocamera. The first picture give a clear view of the original colors
