I've found quite a few saying it's American Bisque but don't have any resources to check. Someone else may.

Often pieces with wedged feet are automatically assigned to American Bisque but it could just as easily be Brush, Hull, Cookson or any of a half dozen other potteries. Most American potteries produced an inexpensive line of planters for the florist trade. Many of these pieces were unmarked so it's difficult to attribute any one of them to a particular manufacturer unless you have access to the catalogues. This planter most likely dates to the 1960's or 1970's. Unfortunately these planters are not highly valued in today's market and usually bring under $10 apiece.
