Who made this /CandlestickChamberstick-Quimper,Faience,Majolica ?

    Dear Ceramic Folks-Any ideas as to who made this piece,age,country of origin ? It's about 6" tall,has a bottom mark,seems older but who knows.I need all the help and input I can get on this piece. Cndle3.jpg Cndle1.jpg Cndle2.jpg NOTE- Piece not as Yellowed as in Pic -Thanks Very Much !
