Welcome Joshuawon. We are going to need to see the rear of the movement and any other internal pics. So far to me it looks like the main dial has been replaced with an art deco-ish dial but the top dial may still be original. Then again it may be one of those modern clocks made to look old. Don't know yet. Other will need to see more to properly identify it.
    Cheers

Welcome Joshuawon. We definitely need more pictures, also of the woodwork.
Right now it looks second half of the 20th century, with an art deco-ish dial, as Miscstuff said.

In my opinion it could be from 1934. German. Made in the early 19th C style, not unknown. The dial in the style of the time, period only in outline.
It probably strikes on a coiled gong rather than a bell, and I can see no winding holes so possibly with a chain and single weight.
Not really possible to be definite without more and better pictures. Notably of the movement with the hood off, and inside the door.
Arranging some better lighting would probably be easier than moving the clock.
