    Hello,

My friend recently have to move suddenly out of his place and he’s slightly a hoarder. He “collects” antiques and crystals. So we are clearing his place out and he swears up and down this is a Windsor chair. I looked it up and yea I’d it is it’s worth money. But he thinks everything is antique and or worth money he finds. I wanted to ask people who knew more about this, so I turn to you guys. Can anyone tell me if this is a Windsor chair and if so an rough estimate. If not then I’d still like to know just to show him. I look forward to hearing from you all! Thanks so much,

Not a Windsor. Early 20th century dining chair. Not much value as a single.

    Hi,
I feel he thinks more of it since it has so many spindles it must be valuable.

Not a Windsor, but I still like the back on it....with all those spindles....put a cushion on that seat which is killing the looks!!!!:rolleyes:

Sorry, @Tony Lee, forgot to WELCOME you to the site!!!!!

It’s not a single it’s a set of 4 does that change the value of them?

It certainly helps......but it's still not in high demand, nor what your pal thinks it is..

A set of 4 helps. Here in semi-rural Midwest, we would get about $100.00-160.00 for a set of 4 in good condition at retail. Would be significantly less at auction or other wholesale type venue. You may do better (or worse) in your location.
