Wm. Lemskijold 1911 Sorgentri Skov n.f. Sluttet Pastel Painting

I think this is a pastel painted or colored painting. It is in the frame seal and under glass. I fell in love with this painting's subject.
A google search turn up nothing. I changed my ground rules and brought with my heart not my mind. When I got ome I looked at it with a loupe and the surface is rough not flat and there are no dots.

I will take the back cover off if needed or worth it.

The frame is 15" X 12"
