Bought 6 WMF/Zwilling knives today The blade is marked with the WMF and the Zwilling logo And the handle has the running ostrich in a rhombus-mark on one side. Very small and impossible to take a usable pic of it ... Not sure if it's or And on the other side of the handle is this 21-mark. Is this the level of silvering?
Wurtemburgische Metalwarenfabrik or close enough. I think the company evolved into Henkels; they use the same mark even now.
