    Beautiful painting, Kristin.
    The signature looks like Bing? Is that a surname in Sweden?
    There was a Dutch painter called Valentijn Bing, but he died in 1895, and this painting is later.

    To me it looks from the 50.60 ties maybe close seventies looking to the dress and hairstyle

    Lot of paintings behind the girl in the picture. So probably not done on commission otherwise she would have choses a different location
