Wood carving- thoughts please

    carved items. But this one I immediately liked and found very striking. Craved out of solid hardwood. To me it looks to have some real age and character (and not just a tourist market item) Stands about 30cm tall. I didn’t buy it (yet :)) What do you think of it? Thanks

    I like it . Id buy it if the price was right . Id guess hobbyist. Looks like it has some age .

    The name Meyosi , after a fast Google, comes up Turkish or from some form of Arabic. Would that make any sense? I'd love to know what was on the rest of the tag.
