    I think it's "colonial Whig neo-classic post-alien modern" period, i.e., NO clue.

All I can say was first impression reminded me of something my parents told me after coming back from Africa in the 70s: they used Kiwi shoe polish to coat everything 'tourist'. So, 'African' maybe. The long pig tails throw me off.

Yeah. Definitely colonial Whig neo-classic post-alien modern.
