    Is that a chair, INH, or like a platform rocker.....for me hard to tell from the images.....???

    Great chair, but in bad need of some tlc. Ca 1890s I think, spools with that ebonised finish.

    Dusting with a damp cloth, a bit of Old English Furniture stain (if needed), and recovering in a black and white stripe!
