Worth 200 shards? celtic/roman/medieval

What would be the worth of countermeasure collection of say 200 all kinds of different types of shards from the celtic, roman and medieval period (800bc - 1500ad) ? And say 500 of these?

 

Is there any documentation with this collection that identifies individual pieces and where they came from?

Are these things you are trying to price for an estate sale?

You might want to contact a local museum that has archeological collections, to see what they might suggest. There may be relevant local laws.

 

All documentated and all individual.
But not always directly connecties. A shard can be connected to a list and place but not always to the discription.
