I have this chair, but I don't know anything about it. I don't know the age, maker, or style. It looks like it is made from oak and maple, and is very sturdy. The issue lies with the upholstery and cushions. Is it worth having it reupholstered, or not? Can anyone tell my what style and approximate age it is? Thanks IMG_9102.JPG IMG_9103.JPG IMG_9105.JPG

if you like it and want to sit in it, it's worth restoring. The frame is better than anything they make now. For resale, I wouldn't.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I wasn't going to resale, but keep it if it was worth putting the money into it to restore. It appears it is not.
